Brief introduction:

Since all the lubricating, sealing and cooling is completed by water during the rotating compression of the screw, it is oil free compressor in the real sense.

Product structure:

1）Lubricating oil free structure: The lubricant we use in the whole system is water without the involvement of oil, which can provide clean compressed air for our clients with low cost of operation and maintenance fee (without compressor oil, oil separating core, oil filter)

2）Optimal isothermal compression: Due to better cooling effect of water than that of the oil, the working temperature of our machine is only 40℃( close to the inlet air temperature), which can achieve high-efficient optimal isothermal compression.

3）True environmental protection product: there is no oil pollution without lubricating oil. All the parts are made of the rust-proof material, such as stainless steel, copper alloy, ceramics, carbon fibre, etc. Water filter with high accuracy can guarantee the purity of water.

4）High efficiency: water used by the BEST-F(N) compressor has sealing, cooling and lubricating effects. Airflow generated by each HP enhances 20% than the normal dry compressor.
