Daily:If hopper fitted, check dust container and empty as required(ensure that dust container is never overfull). 每日：如果安装了集尘斗，检查集灰部分并按要求清空（确保储灰器不会过满）
If a rotary valve or a screw conveyor is fitted make sure that dust hopper has emptied. 如果安装了旋转阀或螺旋传送机，要确认集尘斗已清空。
Weekly:Measure the pressure differential. 每周：测量压差。
Should a higher than normal differential pressure be experienced consult chapter “Fault Findings”. 如果有高于普通压差参看“故障排查”。
Every 6 months: Inspect the clean air section of the filter to see if there is evidence of dust which could denote damage to the filtering medium.每6个月检查收尘机的出口空气部分是否有灰。这种灰尘说明滤芯可能有损坏。
1）检查清洁空气区排放。
2）检查滤芯。
3）检查外部法兰联结和密封。
4）确认清理循环正确运行。

6）检查顶部和盖板
1) inspect the clean air outlet zone.
2) check the cartridges
3) check the external clamps and seals
4) make sure that the cleaning cycle operates correctly
5) measure the pressure differential if possible
6)check the header door and the cover
